To buy, go to mikakus.com, choose your favorites, add them to your cart, click on 'buy' and move on the the payment gateway. It's really easy, but you can contact us at any moment and we'll help you out

What payment methods do you accept?

We use the most frequent ones, we accept credit or debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal. At MIKAKUS we take your purchases very seriously: You're always safe! We never keep the data from the credit or debit card you use to pay for the product..

Can I find them in stores?

Right now you can find us at www.mikakus.com, but soon we'll be in the principle capitals of the country.

How do I know my order is done correctly?

Once you've ordered and confirmed payment, we'll send you an email confirming your purchase. If the email doesn't get to you, let us know.

How do I clean my MIKAKUS?

Better safe than sorry, that's why we recommend using a waterproofing spray to help keep your MIKAKUS cleaner longer.
But if they DO get dirty and you want them to look new again, the first thing to do is to check what they're made of. If they're made of a material such as mesh, canvas or synthetic leather, you can put them right into the washing machine.
If, on the other hand, if they have real leather, suede or nubuck leather, it's important NOT to put them into the washing machine to keep them from getting spoiled. In that case we recommend treating each material separately, for example, leather can be cleaned with a damp cloth but nubuck and suede must be cleaned with a brush.

Do MIKAKUS come with a guarantee?
