RETURNS

The buyer has a maximum of 30 calendar days to return the product, as long as it hasn’t been used. The exercise of the right of withdrawal must be made by notification through an email at hey@mikakus.com or, preferably, using our withdrawal form. The customer will bear the cost of returning the product. The return costs will be deducted from the total purchase price to reimburse once the product has been received and verified by our team.

RETURN OF A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT
In case that the received product is not in perfect condition and the attributable causes to this are not a client’s fault, the client will have the right to return the product without any cost for the client.

PUKMAL ITEMS, S.L. commits to assume the cost of the return and to exchange the product for a new one in accordance with the conditions accepted at the time of the sale. If the client wishes to file a claim, it can be done via email at hey@mikakus.com.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Make sure the item you return is in its original condition.

  • Once we have reviewed the return fulfills the conditions set, we will proceed to issue the reimbursement.

  • The reimbursement will be made on the same payment method as the purchase (depending on your banking institution, you will receive the amount in a period of between 5 and 7 days).

  • The client will bear the return costs. They will be deducted from the total amount to reimburse.

  • You can change your sneakers by returning them and making a new order.
